Please keep the following instructions in mind to ensure proper operation of your Wild Bills™ electronic bird feeder:

NEVER:

• Hang the feeder from a metal object unless you have insulated it first with electrical tape or a piece of hose.
• Hang the feeder on a shepherd's hook as squirrels can easily climb on it and bypass the electronics that cause the correction.

REMEMBER:

• The static correction is generated only when two metal contact points are touched simultaneously. A squirrel can feed on the seed tray without triggering the correction as long as it does not touch the metal perch. Therefore, it is crucial to follow the hanging instructions to prevent squirrels from accessing the feeder.

ALWAYS:

• Turn off the bird feeder when performing any maintenance such as cleaning, filling, or replacing the battery.
